    • Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving the product.

  3. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Innerwear, cosmetics, perfumes, and clearance/sale items cannot be returned.

  4. Process:

    • Contact our customer support within 3 days of delivery.

    • Provide order details and a reason for return.

    • Our team will guide you through the process.

Refund Policy

  1. Refund Eligibility:

    • Refunds are only applicable if:

      • You received the wrong product.

      • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

      • The product is out of stock after your order confirmation.

  2. Refund Process:

    • After we receive and verify the returned product, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

    • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Bkash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, or card). For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be sent through mobile banking or bank account.

  3. Delivery Charges:

    • If the return is due to a wrong or faulty product from our side, we will cover the delivery charge.

    • If the customer changes their mind, the delivery charge will not be refunded, and the customer must bear the return shipping cost.
